Terms of Business


All of our menu prices exclude VAT, it will then be charged where applicable in keeping with current VAT regulations.


We require all first orders be settled in advance by credit card. Following successful completion of your first order, we will be happy to set up a credit account.

The payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.


Orders can be placed by phone or e-mail from 8am until 5.30pm for next day delivery. We are happy to process late orders received after 5pm for next day delivery or on the morning the food is required, however we cannot guarantee delivery time, or specific food selection, but we will endeavour to meet all your requirements. Deliveries within Central London (W1, WC1, SE1, SW1. EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1, WC2, and W2) will be charged at a flat rate fee of £3.00 per delivery. We will be happy to deliver outside these areas but may need to change an appropriate delivery charge - please contact us for an up to date cost.


We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery, if you are able to contact us before your food is prepared we will be able to cancel your order without charge. However, if the food has been prepared you will be subject to a full charge.
